Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Flex Your Idea Pte Ltd (UEN [insert your UEN]) ("Flex Your Idea", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. We operate the website www.flexyouridea.com (the "Site") and provide business-to-business digital marketing and related professional services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and otherwise process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA").
"Personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.
We also operate a separate consumer brand, The Delusion Project (thedelusionproject.com), on separate systems. We operate the two businesses independently. We do not combine or share personal data between them, and information you provide to us through this Site is not used to market The Delusion Project to you. The Delusion Project has its own privacy policy.
By using our Site, submitting a form, or otherwise providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Our Site is aimed at businesses and professional contacts. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
-
Identity and contact data: name, job title, company or organisation name, business email address, and business telephone number.
-
Enquiry and communications data: the contents of enquiries, requests, and feedback you send us by form, email, phone, or messaging.
-
Marketing tool data: information you submit to our online tools, such as the website URL and business details you provide to our Search Visibility Score tool, so that we can generate a report for you.
-
Technical data: IP address, approximate location, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
-
Usage and behavioural data: how you navigate and interact with our Site, including clicks, scrolls, and aggregated or anonymised session recordings and heatmaps.
-
Marketing and preferences data: your subscription status and communication preferences.
If, in future, we introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or online payments (for example, for our Search Visibility Score tool), payment will be collected and processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.
If you provide us with personal data about another individual (for example, a colleague), you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data: directly from you (when you complete a form, use a tool, make an enquiry, subscribe, or correspond with us); automatically (through cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, and server logs, as described in Section 8); and from third parties (such as advertising and analytics platforms, referral sources, and publicly available business sources), where permitted under the PDPA.
4. Purposes for Which We Use Personal Data
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate, including to:
-
respond to your enquiries and provide quotations, proposals, and information you request;

-
provide, operate, personalise, and improve our Site and services, and (where introduced) administer paid plans or subscriptions;
-
send you marketing, newsletters, and updates where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law;
-
measure and improve the performance of our website, content, and advertising;
-
carry out administration, billing, security, and fraud prevention; and
-
comply with applicable laws and lawful requests by public authorities.
Where we intend to use your personal data for a new purpose, we will notify you and, where required, obtain your consent first.
5. Consent and Withdrawal
You may provide consent expressly, or it may be deemed under the PDPA where you voluntarily provide personal data for a purpose that is reasonably obvious. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (Section 15). We will process your request within a reasonable time and inform you of the likely consequences. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and we may continue to retain personal data where permitted or required by law.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your personal data to: service providers and data intermediaries who process data on our behalf (see Section 7); our professional advisers (accountants, auditors, lawyers); government bodies, regulators, and law enforcement where required or permitted by law; and a successor entity in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets. We require parties who process personal data on our behalf to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell your personal data.

These include strictly necessary cookies; analytics and performance cookies (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot); advertising and targeting cookies (such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel); and functional cookies. 10. Retention of Personal Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). When no longer required, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymise it.
11. Accuracy
We endeavour to keep personal data accurate and up to date. Please notify us of any changes so our records remain current.
12. Your Rights: Access and Correction
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and request correction of any error or omission.
