We collect data through three main channels: (1) what you give us, (2) what we collect automatically via tech, and (3) what we receive from partners (like TikTok or Shopify).

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing addresses.

  • Transaction Data: Details about payments and merchandise orders (processed via secure third-party gateways).

  • Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device signals, and behaviour on our site (tracked via cookies, Meta Pixels, and TikTok Pixels).

  • AI & Search Data: Queries you enter into our AI-enabled search bars or chatbot interfaces.

  • Marketing & Communications Data: Your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties.
     

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (PURPOSE LIMITATION)

We don't sell your data to shady third parties. We use it to:

  1. Fulfil Orders: Process your merchandise purchases and shipping.

  2. Service Delivery: Build your SEO/AI-optimised websites and manage your social media campaigns.

  3. AI Optimisation: Train our internal proprietary models to improve search visibility and content relevance for your SME brand.

  5. Marketing: Send you updates on new drops or digital growth strategies (subject to your DNC preferences).
     

4. CONSENT & THE DO-NOT-CALL (DNC) REGISTRY

We operate on an Opt-In basis. By using our site or engaging our services, you consent to the collection of data as outlined here.

  • Marketing: We will not send you marketing via SMS or Voice Call if you are on the Singapore DNC Registry, unless you have given us "Clear and Unambiguous" consent.

  • Withdrawal: You can ghost our marketing at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or emailing our DPO. We will process this within 10 business days.
     

5. DATA INTERMEDIARIES & THIRD-PARTY SHARING

To keep your brand flexing, we share data with trusted partners who act as our Data Intermediaries:

  • Infrastructure: Wix, Shopify, and AWS (Data Hosting).

  • Ads & Social: TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google (Conversion Tracking).

  • Logistics: Third-party couriers for merchandise delivery.

  • AI Tools: OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Vertex API (for content and search optimisation).
     

Note: We ensure all intermediaries are contractually bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
 

6. OVERSEAS DATA TRANSFERS

Since we use global tools (like Shopify and US-based AI models), your data may be transferred outside Singapore. Under the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation, we ensure that any recipient of your data outside Singapore is legally bound to provide a standard of protection that is at least comparable to the PDPA.
 

7. RETENTION LIMITATION

We don't hold onto your data forever. We retain your personal data only as long as:

  1. The purpose for which it was collected is still being served.

  2. Retention is necessary for legal or business purposes (e.g., tax records).
     

8. PROTECTION & BREACH NOTIFICATION

We use industry-standard encryption and secure "silo" architectures for our AI databases. In the unlikely event of a Notifiable Data Breach (one that causes significant harm or involves more than 500 individuals), we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as soon as practicable, within the timelines mandated by Singapore law.
 

9. YOUR RIGHTS: ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND PORTABILITY

You have the right to:

  • Access: Ask us what data we have on you. (A small admin fee may apply).

  • Correction: Tell us to fix typos or outdated info.

  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format to move to another service.
     

10. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies and pixels (including the TikTok Pixel) to measure ad performance. You can manage your cookie settings through your browser, but "Flexing" your experience might be limited if you disable them.
